Christy Willis, ALC

Christy works with both individual clients and couples. She has extensive experience with teens and adolescents, specializing in supporting teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, substance use and trauma-related concerns. She is compassionately dedicated to building rapport with her clients, creating a safe space and supportive environment that fosters lasting change. Christy holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Counseling. Marisol, ALC

Marisol is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and over four years of experience working with children, teens, and families. She specializes in supporting clients with ADHD, anxiety, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, social skills, and life transitions such as school changes or family adjustments. Using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy, she creates a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment where children and teens can explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and gain confidence. Marisol partners closely with families to provide guidance and ensure that skills learned in therapy translate into everyday life. She accepts private-pay clients only, offers in-person appointments in Mountain Brook, and provides a free 15-minute consultation to help families determine if her approach is the right fit.
