Licensed Professional Counselor: Requires a master’s degree in counseling from a CACREP (or academically equivalent) accredited program, a passing score on the National Counselor Examination, obtainment of 3000 hours of counseling services provided while engaging in regular supervision with a licensed professional counselor supervisor and continuous professional development.
